Um......yes. Not only can you hear it, but with the cutout open you can feel it in your chest.....from a block away.

You can actually hear it better on a catback that has an ory pipe. Dont ask me why but I have had true duals 3" and for some reason duals idle quiter. I tell you what. If you want maximum audible lope you get a loudmouth and an ory pipe. It sounds like hell breaking loose with a good size cam.
