Default Rocker Arm off

I did a cam swap a week ago, and I thought I did everything correctly. However, after getting my car tuned I finally got to do WOT through a few gears and afterwards I noticed a ticking sound.

When I got home the car wouldn't run at all. After a few days of troubleshooting I took the passenger side valve cover off and one of the rocker arms was completely off the pushrod and spring! Well I fixed that problem and re-torqued all the other rocker bolts down again just to be sure. Well the car is running alot better but still a little rough. I'm also throwing a bunch of 02 sensor codes. I have headers and the rear 02's are deleted.

My question is what kinda of damage could have been done with driving 10 miles witha rocker arm off and a valve not opening? Thanks in advance.

Are the O2 codes you are getting on the bank with the rocker arm issue?

Actually they are both banks, which doesn't make much sense to me.
