Default launching with a 3600 rpm stall/2.2STR

im looking for some help when launching a stall with a speed of 3600rpm and 2.2 STR on 245 street tires...yes thats right. im thinking of not getting dr's because of the tred life...any input? want those 60's under 2.0!

Put your stock converter back in and leave from idle if you want 2.00 60's. That's all I can say for know I only drove mine about 25 miles and lost 3rd. (3400/2.1) Maybe I can be better help soon.

That is VERY doable..

A good friend of mine has a SSF3500 in his T/A and he runs 8.1x's w/1.7-1.8 short times all day with his 18in radials.. It just takes some practice, but it can be done!!
