I finally broke down and put my car on a dyno before I left for BG since I didn't have time to tune at the track. It seemed to me like the RPM climbed real fast, so I logged a pull. I was at WOT for 3.9 sec and it ran from 3397 to 7455 in that time. That is ~ 1040 RPM/sec. Isn't that high? This is not a blown or nos monster - it was only making around 460 @ 6700. I thought the norm was 200 or 300 RPM/sec.

Slipping clutch the culprit maybe ?
Sorry, I didn't mention that. No slippage - the RPM and MPH traces from efilive track well.

A forum site full of gearheads who dyno and no one has a clue ?????too hard of a question Carl, lol.i wish i could help you out,the only thing that i can think of would be,maybe, the tires slipping on the rollers?just a guess.i saw a friend of mine slip his on the dyno in Ft. Wayne once.and i think 460rwhp is pretty good with that power robbing drivetrain you have and those slicks.think what it would have put out with the stock drivetrain and wheels, lol.yeah,i couldn't make it to the dyno fri.,flipping work has me busier than a long tail cat in a room full of rocking chairs.
