Default True Duals: What are my options?

I know of TSP's True Duals system but I haven't heard of anyone else that offers a setup like that. I would prefer one that offered an H-Pipe and maby could POSSIBLY keep the stock cat. placement (I live in California but maby I'm dreaming). And of coarse would be nice if it was a stainless setup but not manditory. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Also, I'm planning on putting in SubFrame Connectors soon and would like to get a catback that would work with them (not hang too low) with diamond SFC's... THANKS!

I'm in the process of purchasing an '01 T/A; I'm in the same boat as you GTOobsessor as I have to keep the cats too. However, I still want an x-pipe for true duals though. Has anybody fitted a catted x-pipe system on these cars?

I know bassani makes true-duels in stainless, and .... IT GOES OVER THE AXEL. But its expensive. But if you got cash to burn vinci's high-performance on our sponcers sells them.

I doubt your going to find a true dual system to fit with the diamond sfcs. I don't think they give you too much room to work with.

Diamond SFCs don't limit room that much...if at all.

Diamond SFC's are no problem for duals.

That setup was all custom made by Speed Inc. (yeah, I actually drove from FL to IL to have this done). It is custom fit to my Kooks stainless headers, 3" into the x, 2.5" after all the way over the axle and out the back through my SLP CME.

Here are a couple more pics for a better idea:

You'd best bring deep pockets for this setup though...the dual exhaust alone was $1500 (mostly labor since it was a fully mandrel bent system and all TIG welded). That's not including the tips or the Kooks headers. I did have them weld in an extra bung for a wideband O2, and there is one in there permanently now.

Welllll... since they've already done it once, surely they can do it again for about half the price ... j/k... bitchin setup dude... wish I could afford somethin like that... ... dumps are illegal (never knew)... guess I'm just gonna go with Magnaflow and wait till I move to Vegas to get LT's and a new catted Y-Pipe.

i LOVE speed inc's setup. they sound the best out of any exhaust i've ever heard. that must be your SS on ls1sounds.com

what else do you have done on the car btw?

and do think speed inc will ship a setup if they know what headers to build it from? i'm in tx, and really tempted to drive out there just to have it done.

Yep, that was me...in the video it was just bolt-ons (headers, ported TB, everything but UD pulley) and a stock tune. Now it is full bolt-ons (I finally got an UD pulley), and it is speed density tuned by me with HPTuners and a wideband. Runs a lot better these days than it did then, that's for damn sure.

Added some new bling too

Not too sure where I'm going from here, but I'm far from done
