I used the 918's on a 224/220 .581/.581 for 10K+ with outstanding results.
The only reason I changed is because I swapped heads and they came with duals.
If you are keeping your stock lifters, 918's will be more merciful on them + lighter valve train and a few more ponies too.

There is no need for golds, when you are running that small of a cam.

The Golds are coming installed on some new parts I ordered....so I'm wondering if it's worth it to swap them out or just use them when they get here and sell the 918s.

918's will handle that cam no problem and will most likely handle more RPM without float.

I'd get the 918's. They are perfect for that cam. I have Patriot Golds with the same cam but I am boosting. I voted for the 918's. Get Ti retainers too to cut down on valvetrain weight.
