Default Trying to ID stall speed on two 4L80E converters

I have two converters to choose from for my truck. One came out of a 1999 3500HD tow rig along with my trans. I ran this set up and it seemed to stall very low, too low.

Now I also have a 1995 trans/converter out of a 1992 3500 van with a small block.

Now looking at both converters they look the same except for the impeller indentions on the pump, on the 1999 they have a very aggressive curve, on the 1995 they are straight out with no noticable curve.
Is this relevant to guessing stall speed?
I'd like to go with a higher stall speed even if it's only a few hundred RPM.
There are also stickers on them with letter codes if they would help.
Anyone have any guesses on factory stall speeds of these two?
The 1995 converter should swap right into the 1999 trans right?

The code on the 1995 is 8685 407, and on the 1999 it's 24202 989

I guess the only converter help you can get from the converter guys is where to place your order with them.
