Shifts weird with AC on ...

Shifts weird with AC on ... Ok from a stop, with the AC on, the car almost doesn't wanna shift [while the rpms climb up] from 1-2 ... 2-3-4 are just fine...
This doesn't happen with the AC off... I wonder what might be causing this issue and how to fix it
