Gears & Axles - Whats needed to get rid of ABS?

Id like to ditch my ABS stuff under the hood since it dosent work after my rearend swap. Does anyone have a list of fitting and sizes I will need to buy to tie the lines together? Any info will be a great help. Thanks.

I spoke to thunder racing (Geoff) about a kit for this on the LT1 but he just gave me a listing of the fittings, etc. I needed to ditch it. I would give him a call if you haven't had any luck.

I just ended up getting some new hard line, my own fittings (male and female) and a bubble flare tool. Also needed a proportioning valve. You will probably need some y-adapters also.
