Default Went skydiving today!!!!!!!

OMG it was the coolest thing ever. I went through 1800 skydive and I must say they did a great very professional job. The instuctors were cool as hell and made it very fun. I will try to get the vid up soon. Anyone else here done it? I jumped from 14000 feet

i jumped the first time almost two years ago up in college station. when i can afford it, it will probably become a pretty regular thing that i do.

we jumped around 12,000 because of a cloud ceiling around 13,500. that was good though because the people on the ground could see us the entire way. it was a blast and everything i thought it would be, except shorter.

i went last year at skydive houston (it's right near my house). It was definately fun as hell. I definately want to go again... but funds have been preventing it so far. I'm thinking next on my list of stuff to do is bungee jumping though

I'd also like to know how much. That's something I've always wanted to try. Perhaps I can soon.

at most places a tandem dive is about 180 bucks. That's the cheapest beginner route.

I'm sorry, but I don't think I would ever jump out of a perfectly fine airplane unless it's stopped on the ground.

I dunno about that. I thoroughly enjoyed skydiving, and it's a MUCH cheaper hobby than a race car... yet I still had more fun racing at the track.

I think i'm going to go again here in a month or so, i'm still on restriction from jumping after my eye surgery.

You should go, it's kindof liberating.....I was ready to go again and my chute hadn't even opened yet . When the chute opened, it was like hitting the end of a ******* chain, I actually had bruises on the top and around the front of my shoulders from stopping so hard. I had mine video taped and it didnt cost me but like 140. But that was at lake elsinore in CA....I guess not everything is more expensive in CA.
