Hot Rod Power Tour/ Pump Gas Drags/ Drag Week - Photoline sucks

ok so i haven't gotten my poster yet.. I got my panoramic.. but no poster.. so i found my card and called them today..

it rings alot of times some guy answers the phone "hello".. so after making sure it was indeed photoline.. i proceded to tell him about my dilemma.. he replies.. "well if you don't have it then there must be a mix up".. i said ok so how do we fix it.. his exact words

"i'm not sure.. but i'm out west right now but shoot me an email today with the problem and i'll see if i can figure it out.. I"LL GET BACK TO YOU TODAY"

my email went out before 10am.. its now 12:30 the next morning with no answer.. and the pic i wanted from indy is miraculously not on there website any more..

That whole photo thing was a bunch of BS! It slowed down getting into almost all the venues! I would never buy a pic from them.

Still waiting on a reply to my email sent...

No reply to the first email sent on 8/19. Sent a second and stated that the 3rd would go to the better business bureau...

I recieved my photo plaque, instead of Kissimmee it said longhauler, ok send it back and told them to fix it. Well it came back longhauler again. Oh well I'm now a longhauler, unless you notice the green sticker in the windshield.
