*****VA 1/4 mile Track Rental September 23rd sign up thread****** Ok Ladies and Gents, NO sponsor this time so I need to get 20 vehicles at $75 each.
Worse case if we don’t get enough vehicles ……. I will refund everyone’s money ASAP.
So, if all goes well we will be SIDE BY SIDE RACING ON FRIDAY September 23rd from 9am till 3pm.
Gates will open at 8:30 am on Friday and we will begin running at 9:00 am.
Please bring your own shoe polish for dial ins for the quick 8 and bracket race.
Right now I can't guarantee any awards like last time....... but bragging rights are a good start!
6 hours of racing
Consession stand will be open at noon
They will prep the track 100 feet in each lane for the day!
This Track Rental would be a great chance to learn how to race/ tweak your car in a laid back no pressure environment.
Some rules:
All Vehicles and bikes welcome
You can bring 3 people per car (including driver) at no extra charge!
NO OTHER SPECTATORS ALLOWED
NO GLASS ALLOWED, but bring anything you want to eat/drink except participating drivers and crewmembers are strictly prohibited from consuming and using drugs and alcoholic beverages.

Our rain date policy……..Worse case you get your full $75 back if we can’t reschedule!
If it rains out before we get started nothing will be due by anyone and we will try to work out some way to hopefully reschedule - a rain out during the event, we will pro-rate the $$$ over how many hours you got to run versus the 6 scheduled hours!
I will need prepayment by ~9/21/05, PM me for payment info.

Anyone that wishes to participate in the regular AED Friday Night street legal Program later that day, can pay the Friday Night fees - $15 per car and driver and $10 per spectator. Anyone not staying will need to leave by 4 PM
