I'm working on getting main bearings out now. My next step will be to check the rod bearings. It's some what easy, just time consuming. You more or less have to drop the k-member to get the oil pan out. My current problem is trying to get the bolts from the side of the main bearings out, a regular 15mm socket won't fit.

if you have to drop the k member you might as well drop the motor and freshen the whole thing up. Better in the long run.. cam bearings lifters ect. how many miles?
