Looks like the civic won. The mustang was kind off sideways around the eighth mile mark. Good run, looks like some braging rights for the rice worriers.

The civic isnt rice, and there is no bragging/grudge both guys are friends and both cars built at the same shop. both cars are nasty on the highway, the civic tore up a t78 supra on the highway. the stang also eats supras on the highway. same shop has a 800+hp hatch that eats highly modded hayabusa's on the highway.

People who own supras think that they cant be out ran 4 some reason. Its good to hear about some one out running a turbo supra, they are just massive ego boosters.

Man the guy in the stang can't drive worth a crap. even at 13psi i'm not impressed with a 10.9, let alone his 11.3 and 12.4 runs.

You ever drive a REAL car? Not something with a lid and a catback.
There's a lot more to it than meets the eye.

11.3 @ 137mph

If that doesn't impress you, you clearly don't know anything about cars.

Both of those cars are awesome.

I never said the cars weren't awesome. I said the guy couldn't drive. Read first.

God damn. If you watch all the way to the end it was only at 13psi... let him turn it up to 30...... WOW

That civic trapped at 144mph!

What I'm saying is that you don't have a ******* clue what it's like driving a car that traps 140mph...so how can you possible comment on his driving skills? You can't. You know how difficult it is to get traction with that kind of power? Obviously not. It's not like a 300rwhp car where you can stab the throttle, play with the radio, and eat a burger.

Can anybody comment on his driving skills since this gentleman can't? I'm not trying to be a smartass, honestly, but I want to know if that set-up could have gone faster. It sounds like it can to me, but I don't have a car capable of 1k rwhp.

Inadequate suspension, gearing, or not enough driver practice/skills, or is that run just about right then?

I didn't watch that video, but I have seen it before in a different one. mainly because he's been whoring his car all over the interweb

that thing is bad ***, and it was his first time launching on slicks so cut him some slack.

And not to be an ***, but Unit, I strongly disagree with you. You don't have to be an expert to have an opinion (a correct one at that). If I made a comment on a professional football player sucking, would you make the same remarks? no, because their moronic. Anyone with half a brain can see that he is very inexperianced (which he is pretty open about) with launching a car on slicks. Does that mean that I could do it? Probably not, but I know a shitty launch when I see one. I dont know what you're thinking, but you don't have to have a 800hp car to comment on someone trying to learn to drive

I second that!

Guy is defnitely not the best driver in the world, but his car is sick and is capable of mid 9s with only 13psi...

When Frank from SFP rented out moroso i went with a buddy to film...they took their turboed 351 windsor cobra. (Street legal)
