I'm going to a race track in Cecil, Ga. (South Georgia Motor Sports) for a GTO meet. On the 2nd (friday). They need 2 more people to join if your a member in the GTO Tech forum. There's 40 cars total. This includes mostly GTO's of course and some mustangs vettes WS6's and Camaro's. Starts at 12pm till 5pm then the track will have normal Test & Tune starting at 6pm.

Reggie was pretty good as a freshman. He sucked last year, but I will at least give him a chance this year. I'm not getting my hopes up though.

His problem is he is way too inconsistent. He'll play great one game then play like a true freshman the next.

BTW, I am probably going tubing some this weekend and going to a few cookouts.

Study this college boy..gas is not going to get cheeper..the cost of gas is going to go up..refineries are down in La. for an indefinate period of time..In 2003 I was buying premium for $1.45 a gallon..you will never see any thing like that number ever again.....hell we are at $3.00 now and you better get used to it... do you think that the oil company's are going to stop making record profits...I hope I am wrong but I doubt it

Don't panic too much over gas prices. This last blip is obviously the result of a monster natural disaster that hit the Gulf. Things will eventually settle out and gasoline WILL come down. Not below $2.00 a gallon but then again you can't expect it to with inflation. If you really want someone to blame for the high gas prices, blame these :supergay: environmentalist tree huggers. Because of goofy asses like that, no new refineries have been built since the early 1970s. Oil is NOT the problem, its shortage of refineries that is. There is more than enough oil out there but the refineries are at max capacity before the hurricane. With some offline right now its reasonale to believe the prices are going to go up. Its happened 4 times before since the early 70s. No need to cry that its the end of the world about it. ;)

It hasnt shot up to bad in Douglasville yet for some odd reason. I wont drive the T/A anymore or any less due to gas prices on the rise. When I do drive it(weekends and .5 miles to work 3 times a weeks) gas prices wont change the way i drive, revvin at ricers and puttin mustangs in there place is just to much of a temptation for the ZEEMAN.

Wow, why is everyone saying the gas is never going back down? Just talked to my friend in Texas and nothing has changed in the entire Houston area. Can't get much closer to New Orleans than that. It's mostly Georgia getting the ass end of the stick right now. As soon as the refineries open back up (2 weeks at the most according to Bush) then we'll be back down to near $2.00/gal. No we won't ever see $0.37/gal. again but that also has a lot to do with the value of the american dollar which = shite. A.k.a. inflation. I just wish those people would get some sense when they're out killing each other at the Superdome, price gouging, and looting T.V. sets from poor store owners. I mean come on! I completely understand getting bread to feed your children, but a f***ing TV!? What are these people thinking!? But that's just my .02. It's not keeping me back. I've got a 25 gallon tank and 18mpg and I'll still be going to the football game and to the Park-N-Ride this weekend. It ain't holding me back. Buying the gas will only better our economy. So I'm doing all I can to support it.

Probably not $2.00 a gallon, but mid 2s for sure. Its just gonna take some time to get the stuff cleaned up in the Gulf. Keep your head held high :)

My girl and I usually just go out of the city towards the east a lil ways and it turns into country really quick. We sometimes drive all over the place, get lost, find our way back while enjoying the twisties :drive: . Been through some real nice spots, I wish I could remember the locations of them.

I'll pm you my cell number and we can roll out some place and do some driving. A few interstate runs maybe, then off to some backroads... I don't know, I don't drive the Firehawk too much and gas is a lot cheaper than it will be 10 years from now so might as well enjoy. :)

I went today.... some qwik cars. 4.50's@158(on DRAG RADIALS)in the 660' is scootin'.
No oil downs or carnage..... re-prepped the 60' before 2nd round qualifying. Teams were steppin' it up hard and tripping the 60' beams on the rear tires.

Should've taken the pewter pig and made some time passes between rounds.
