Default Any experience with Lunati cams..

• Advertised Duration IN/EX: 298/301
• Duration @.050 IN/EX: 237/242
• Gross Valve Lift IN/EX: .595"/.595"
• Lobe Sep Angle / Intake Ctr Line: 112/108
• Valve Lash IN/EX: Hyd/Hyd
• RPM Range: 3000-6500

Kind of looks like the MS3 cam minus a little less lift.. Anyone know how this cam performs?

I've got the 236/236 and I ran a friend with an F15. Our cars are both Firehawks with M6. The only difference in mods I've have a pulley and 4.11's and he has 3.73's with no pulley. We ran twice and at the end of fourth I was ahead maybe 1.5 cars. I've got tons of wheelspin off the line while he didn't. I would be behind and then run up hard and start to pass going into 3rd gear.

I wish my cam had a lil more split similar to the F15, but all in all it's very good.

I have the single pattern 242 and I like it. It is my second lunati cam.

I take it these cams have a little less lift so there would be no problem with PTV clearance... The 242/242, that is not too big? What did you dyno? Any sound clips?
