Default My Z28 is totalled! looking for another one

Hey everyone, Tuesday night i totalled my Z28 when i hit a rock or something and my left rear tire had a blow out. I was headed strait for the center divide, but i over corrected. I ran up on an embankment and my car rolled back down on the freeway and landed upside down. I had my ttops off and we were skidding for a good while before we came to a stop. The skidding was in fact very painful because of the ttops being down. I have a couple staples in my head because it was open when the ambulance found us. My friend who was in the passenger seat had a cut on his head but they didnt need to staple him or anything. We are both pretty banged and bruised up. The car was a 98 Mystic Teal Z28, all i had was an air lid and an adjustable panhard bar. I spent so much time with that car that now that i look back, this is also the longest time i have gone without a girlfriend, i donno, thats funny to me. It only had 40k miles on it. It looked beautiful, as im sure most of you guys feel that these are more than just cars, at least to me they were. Im sad about it, but at least i had my seatbelt on and am not dead. The tow truck person thought that there was no way for anyone to get out, then he realized that i was standing right next to him.
I was talking with my friend the other day online and he knew how much i loved that car, so he went looking for another one for me. He found this one here Tell me what you guys think of this one, is it worth the money? If not then how much should i offer him? Thanks.... and BE SAFE!

UnZFeat'd, Yeah, I'm going to do all that. I have it all in the garage waiting for me to get some time. Actually I'm rebuilding the T56 right now (1 hr at a time )

Word to yo *****.

Seriously, man, I feel you. Totally sucks, man. I wrecked my '94 Z (see sig). Felt like I had a hole in my stomach for like two weeks. I opened the door too hard and cracked it on my new Z. Felt like I had been kicked in the *****. I would rather have been kicked in the *****.

When your car is hurt, you hurt. But, they are like women too. You lose one, go get another -- preferably younger.

i had a 94 v6 like the one youre talking about. Thats gonna be a hell of a project. If i had kids i would make them come in the garage and help me with it, who knows thats probly gonna be their car someday, if you decide to pass it on to them.

Haha, get a younger one Sorry to hear about your accident, best thing to hear is that you are still here to talk about it. Even though I feel ya on loving your car so much cuz I'm the exact same way, things like this make you realize that it still has to take a back seat to other things in life as tough as it may be.
