Valvespring locater???

Valvespring locater??? I bought a set of heads and ordered a set of dual valvesrings from TSP. When I tried to put the valvespring i found that the heads have oversized valve guides and my locaters will not work 
Is there a standard size for these to be changed to???? Does anybody know the part # of the ones that I need or are they all different
