Default Refill question

Should I bleed the bottle all the way down (remove all pressure - bottle pressure 0) or get it refilled when just nitrous is gone?

Yes, and packing the bottle in ice for a couple hours before hand or putting it in a freezer will definitely help when you take it to get it filled.

You don't have to; you can get it topped off. Although after a few times of getting it topped off it won't hurt to completely empty it and then get it refilled. Sometimes air can start getting in the more times you top it off. Try to find a place that has a pump station when refilling so you don't have to freeze the bottle.
