Default neutral safety switch

i have a 99 TA and i swapped from a 4l60e to a th-400 and i need to woire up the neutral safety switch, reverse lights and the rear hatch how do i do this with details? (wire colors and if anyone knows how to do it with a hurst quarter stick shifter i need it to work for NHRA rules.

Is the wiring for the rear hatch there? I had someone do my th400 conversion, and after that my rear hatch can't pop open by pressing the button on the dash or the button on my key fob. I thought a fuse might of blown, but I didn't figure the wiring would be in there.
