I am swapping from an M6 to th350. Billingsly racing and their trans shop are doing the build. They should be offeringa kit soon. They have the VSS stuff worked out very well. The tailshaft on the th350 with the VSS parts looks great.

Here is what I needed for parts.

Trans
Converter
Trans cooler
Cross member
SFI flexplate
Flexplate bolts
Converter bolts
Dip stick tube
RMVB shifter
Odds and ends stuff to mount shifter

I think that's it.

I did the swap a few years back from a T-56 to a TH-400 I have a 9 inch neil chance converter for sale if your interested. Flashes at 4800 rpm
I used it 1 season good street strip converter. I'm going to a full race 8 inch.

Sorry i didnt get back to you last night got buisy.
You will need:
Transmission
Torque converter with backing to mount to stock flywheel. (unless using after market flywheel, im not)
Transmission mount (unless yours fits, mine was aftermarket and it fit)
new Th-400 crossmember w/ torque arm mount if your using stock torque are
If not using stock torque arm need a short torque arm
new Shifter/modify your stock shifter (i dont know how)
new driveshaft unless stock one works (mine didnt, some have i have heard)
speed sensor
Wire neutral safety switch/hatch wiring and reverse lights
Tranny fluid (i was recommended to get 12 quarts for my particular set up)
Lokar 34-36" firewall mount dipstick
a tranny cooler with use of stock cooler (dont emimnate the radiator cooler)
thats all off the top of my head i used all stock bolts. Also with the converter make shure you get it made with the pilot for your crank and the bolt line up for the flywheel of your choice. hope this helps
