Is October 28th a Test and Tune day? Just like the title reads. I went to eh website and it looks to me like a T&T for the event only. Not too sure though.........

That would be Pacific. It's the TNT day before the halloween monster drags. I'm not sure if it's open for all or not. Someone might want to just call the track up and ask.
