Default Most powerful LS1 question ???

Okay, maybe not THE most powerful...

Anybody with the spare time please give this question a crack. My question is the following:

What's the most powerful set-up possible, given the current selection of high performance heads and cams applicable to LS1's while remaining naturally aspirated and of a stock displacement, with the highest rwhp output with all bolt-ons, most aggressive heads, most aggressive camshaft, best tune, and highest compression ratio, but...

NO nitrous, increased displacement, nor forced induction...

for an LS1 powerplant?

This could be someone on this board, somebody you know, or just a hypothetical LS1 set-up.

I was just curious. For the answer, what would such a 346 LS1's set-up be like and what would its rwhp be?

Alan Futral ran high 9's on a stock CID (348) solid roller setup. I think it made around 550 at the wheels.

You failed to specify race gas or not. Allan runs race gas obviously. But yes he does hold the record AFIK.

Cool!

Running race gas was not a condition, so I did not stipulate it as such. I figured the most aggressive set-ups would have no choice but to run race gas for optimum rwhp, so I thought it was a given that this was implied.

But, good... new question: Highest for pump?

We got around 550 rwhp for race gas so far, that's real good!

I thought these kind of answers would benefit prospective modders for clarification about their NA goals, what parts are best for these goals, or new ideas. I've always been very, very curious myself.

That's blazing fast for full interior, stock cubes, no power-adder categories. Dayum!
