Default Oh no-another will this cam clear question!

Okay most people say yes no problem but others say it will be too tight! Here are the specs. 02 Z06, AFR heads Milled .040, using cometic .040 gaskets, assuming the piston sits out of the hole by -.008. The cam in question is a comp cams 224/224 (273/273) .581/.581 112+2 also known as the Hammer cam! I remember John Cambell saying that it cleared on his car with his heads milled .060, BUT I don't know what gasket he used or if he had his pistons flycut. Also I think he may of had the cam on a 112+4 instead? The other option is to get the cam on a 114+4 which should give me more clearance but less peak #'s and buzz my motor further out. So what do you guys figure? Will a 112+2 clear with the heads milled .040. Oh and on a side note-the AFR's give a .015 additional clearance than a stock GM head.

Thanks guys!
