First of all, that's a nice looking piece.

If this is a secret, fine, but I'm just curious how the machining is done to get the little holes in the plate where the N2o obviously comes out into the intake.

The 12 little holes. Are they drilled at a slight angle, or is there some custom tool that y'all have that drills them straight? Like a belt driven drill bit or something?

I'm doubting that the metal is formed around a mold, so I'm jsut curious.

Dave,

It looks sweet!

I hope you'll have a version available where you can just screw the nitrous and fuel lines from your existing system on as in the DTE and NOS versions.

That's exactly the style I was hoping for. I wanted fittings so you could just route hoses to the plate and have the solenoids mounted elsewhere. Unless that may be what the top plate is. The pictures look like two different plates. Hopefully that is the case.

Dave do you know if NX intends to offer a plate for a carb style manifold?

That intake uses a 4150 flange then I have a plate for it... Anyone want to send there intake into me I would be more than happy to flow a plate on their intake.

Shipping charges would kill me but I might be willing to take a vacation day from work and drive it up.

OK here are the answers.
1. This plate canb use any manafacures solenoids.

2.The plates are built with custom tooling.I would rather leave it at that.

3.You can mount some solenoids directly to the plate or remote mount the solenoids.

4.Yes these will be available in all sizes.

5.We also have plates desighned for the LT1,LS1 and LS2

We have you covered.

3/4 for billet, If I had to build a custom one could be a bit thicker... Ever intake has a different look coming out of the mold.
If that is to thick I could just put spray bars inside your intake.

The discharge holes look very interesting (better atomization of nitrous/fuel). I am sure the final product will look and match verywell with NX brand systems.

If I understand Dave's reply correctly, the answer is yes. I have the same single Shark nozzle setup as you do. I believe all we have to do is attach the nitrous and fuel lines (along with the appropriate jets) to the plate. This eliminates the nozzle itself as the plate handles the dispersion duties.
