Default Wheel2Wheel powertrain

Does anyone in here run the wheel 2 wheel supercharged short block they sell on there sight. If so how is it and how much boost/hp can it handle. Or does anyone run a custom shortblock setup built by W2W. Please send ur comment and info on there products. I am thinking of ordering there supercharged block with JE pistons.

With stock crank combinations we have found up around a 1000 hp requires an aftermarket crank.

Some have made more horsepower with a stock crank and not had any issues however quite a few variables are involved including tuning ability.

We have a few customers who use our engines with great results on this message board.

Use the search, there are plenty of people that have had very good results from W2W motors...including me.

I dont think you can go wrong with a w2w short block, they have built the fastest ls1 style block(s) in the whole world.
their quailty is second to none.

mightymouse, phate, mike b. in his CE, steve t. & mike b. in there turbo formula, and then w2w with casper the first 6 second ls1.
most of those people are making 900rwhp or more.

numbers speak for them self.

I could not locate the short block they sell on their website.

I've heard nothing but good things about them.

yeah it was a little hard to find. as just a suggestion...since the website seems as it can be continually upgraded, is to make that grey area where it has all the listings, a BIT bigger and the font bigger for reading. got to click online store, then above the two boxes(one has the bigstuff3, forgot the other) there is a grey bar that has listings for the different categories

Id bet their 'budget' block would hold up well for most on here.

I tlaked to them the last time I was going to have a motor built, and they are using some of the best parts out thre. it was just a lil too rich for my blood. 1200 for just pistons at the time I couldnt do it

in retrospect I wish i would have

when im ready to build im going to ask them if that 3085 dollar block will hold up to my setup im planning on doing. I imagine that it will cause i only plan to be around the 600 hp range not anywhere near maxing out the stock crank that comes in teh block. I might jsut ask if i should change out the pistons for JE and the connecting rods to lunati, but if i dont have to id like to keep the price for the short block around that 3 grand. I know they will be able to tell me if i should or not.

W2W has the worlds fastest LS1 6.86@ 205. They are one of the best engine builders on this site. I got a badass Callies crank from them, hopefully it will be going down the dragstrip real soon.

We won't use anyone else to build our motors. We run the hell out of these motors and they take it. Of course tuning is very critical. You can't go wrong having W2W build you anything.

F.Y.I. ~ With 4.5lbs of D-1sc supercharged boost it made 510rwhp and the went 11.05@121; 1.50 60' at norwalk. 3685#s race weight...

Let me tell you, its a proud feeling dealing with w2w, atleast i am...
