Default trans doesn't not shift into 4th at WOT

I haven't done anything new other than drop my tranny for inspection, and when I put it back up i took it up for a spin a couple days later and had some nice races from a roll, now for some reason my car doesn't go into 4th at WOT, It did lose some oil in the process of taking it down from the rear seal.but I am pretty confident that I replaced it all back, what else can cause this?

And now it's been 1 month since I dropped it and today the converter randomly unlocks on the highway pretty bad going 70@ 2500 rpms with 3.42's and on the way to school today it wasn't locked at all!! I did pick up some codes though 2 of them were o2 codes and the other was a p0300, now what would keep it unlocked for 25 plus miles it would never do that before?

Was the trans temp cool? I know that if it does not heat up it wont go in. The po300 is random/multiple misfire detection.
