Default My STS track times Updated

Stock motor with 67 upgrade STS Kit.

60' 1.60
1/8 7.09
1/4 11.13
mph 122

Put the two step at 2800 and finally got the car to sit still a bit. If I sit long enough I can leave on full boost but it was blowing the tires off when I did.

Get the two step figured out, and give that car a 5000rpm launch...You'll have 10's for sure!

It's an automatic car so I don't think I'll see 5000 unless the tires are spinning. It has a 3200 converter in it that is a bit tight for now.

PYE 3600...That'll cut those 60's down, and it's built for boost.

I was still playing with the two step a bit. My brakes are not working the greatest so I couldn't turn the two step RPM over 2600 as it would push the car. Only gettting about 2psi on the line.
10PSI w/meth

your officially faster than me now

high 10's are in the bag with a working 2-step and a small shot of N20 of the line.

my roll bar should be in today

but my transmission is getting worse every trip to the track

so i wont have any times again until i switch out my tranny.... keep me posted with your times jesse.

Very nice times. I'm hoping to improve my 60' times and get my car into the low 11's this week. Just installed the 9".

Just bolt ons.
LS6 manifold
hooker stainless headers
moser 12 bolt
art carr tranny and 3200 verter
pst driveshaft
bmr torque arm, LCA's and Panhard

Everything else pretty much stock including the valvesprings

Made 514 on a dynojet. I'm going to put my smaller exhaust housing back on and see if it will come out a bit better. Also have my nitrous going on. Figure I'll spray till it gets about 5psi of boost.

Maybe I missed it, but how much boost are you running? Best times I think I've ever seen with an STS setup
