so i broke my clutch....

Default so i broke my clutch....

on my 4th pass at the track my clutch pedal decided to stay down on the floor....needless to say the talon thought it kicked my *** pretty bad (about 2 seconds) and i ran a 14.5.....so anyways ive heard so much good about tex but i also heard they use some stock gm parts too....now i have the $$ to spend but im not gonna be a fool with it...ive also heard good and some bads about mcleoud and spec clutches.....juss wondering which would be a good investment for track uses about 5 passes a week and also suitable for street if that makes a difference....right now im kinda leaning toward mcleoud im only pushin about 450 hp now but i am ordering a ton of parts for winter install...in the end im aiming for 600hp...any help would be greatly appreciated so i can fix this dilemma asap...it drives fine for regular use so i figure i have a wek left before i just break it intentionally...ty

Sounds like you need a clutch, but even more you need the upgraded master & slave...

yea, but ive heard about all the names good and bad and want to figure out which would be best for daily use and some track time...i heard mcleoud is good....i want to order it fast, its kind of a personal goal to run 12s before the track closes in october

i found the mcleod master cylinder for 330 cause i think thats probably whats causing my problem....i also need to upgrade my slave cylinder too....does anyone offer the 2 of them together? im thinking about a spec stage 3 but at lmperformace but im not sure about compatability...does it really matter??
