Default Deflector spacers

Washers work fine.

Any problems using 1/8" on one side and 1/16" spacers on the other side??

Using 1/16" spacers makes the rod bolts VERY close to hitting the deflector. I want to make sure this doesn't cause a problem down the road. Should I just try to find a thinner washer? Make it 3/32"

Default

why not more 1/8" washers? I ended up rotating the crank by hand and watching where it came close and banging the windage tray with a ball peen hammer on a vice.
Washers would have been easier
