Default MAF Gemini System...???

I know this has become a popular mod for some people and plan on evenutally adding some juice to the LS2 I'm gonna pickup. First comes the intall, then cam, FAST, and make some headers. Then I'm gonna add the juice on top of it.

Since I'm doing a custom install, the MAF sensor is going to send up being about 18" away from the TB, for install purposes and to keep the IATs down. Will this cause issues with the MAF nitrous kit? Probably will use up to a 150HP shot.

Thanks guys
Nick

This new NOS LS1 or 90mm FAST plate kit is the way to go. Nitro Dave also has his version coming out soon.

Nick,
The maff kit will still work great. The maff kit is a great choice. We use them on LT1s also and they have to make a turn there.

my question in reference to N.O.S. is they swore by the wet kit for years and years and years saying how they wont flow through an lsx manifold...now they come out with this.

Does it matter if the MAF is that far away from the TB?

Thanks
Nick
