Default 2000(?) Firebird Firehawk price

At a local dealer there is a 2000 (I think) firebird firehawk, it has 80k miles, looks to be in good condition and is bone stock. They are asking $18,000 for it. Silvwer w/ black stripes down the hood...good looking car.

Just wondering what this car is worth, i know its a fairly rare factory option, just dont know exactly how much this should be worth.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I just bought a 01 WS6 A4 stock w/24,000 miles for $19,000! Sounds like the miles are a little high for that price but I'm not sure.

Sounds like a nice car, however $18,000 is a little too much for those miles. If you pay more then $16,000, then you are paying too much.

Even for a hawk that's a high price.

I bought my hawk over a year ago and it is a 99 with 29.5k on it at the time. I bought it from a private party for 16,800 and it was in meticulous condition. That is way too high of miles to be paying that much. I would say 15k or so, if that. Heck I will sell you mie for 18k lol.

I wouldnt pay that much even for a firehawk. You could pick up a camaro/trans am with the same mileage and condition for less than 11K and then use the money you saved on mods.

I don't think that speed is a factor really in buying a firehawk. What I mean is that they are as fast as a WS6, maybe a little more depending on the year. When you buy a firehawk, you are going more for the rarity and uniqueness of it. Anyone can buy a TA and spend the remaining money on mods but it isn't the same as a "Firehawk." So it depends on what he is wanting out of the car.
