I have a friend in my car club who bought one of these CETA's but he is missing a lot of things like it was wrecked before. Its missing the rear bumper black paint, original wheels, upper door strippes, rear WS6 emblem. Its a Stock LS1 w/Auto. Hopefully he can get it restored soon. Its a shame when he bought it, it had some ugly 18" chrome ghey wheels. I'll keep u guys posted.

LOL Stadium Auto :ripped: I remember I was going to buy that car when I was looking for an LS1. But then I saw all that was wrong with it and they wanted too much for it, so I just went and bought my 30th for 13K instead. I didnt get lucky either cause there was a few "imperfections" on mine as well but not as bad as that CETA. Im gonna make sure he restores it completely, I'll keep u guys posted. BTW, how can he find out what # CETA his is?

Yes but Manta is on hold for now Zack has to go to a off base school that cost almost 1 K a month. Priorities Priorities!!! I Miss Vader! I hear its getting started up regularly But not driven around much! Should still be a 15K mi car when I come back in 2008. We will see what happens. they seem to range from 24k-27k with those miles. Maybe a lil more or a lil less. Most of the average milaege ones I have seen go for about the same as any other 02 ws6.

I got 4 guys here from there that work with me, I just asked the one guy and he said most of the private schools are free off base thats why they sent their kids there. I also heard some horror stories while eating lunch with these guys about the base schools, and the school buses, some sick shit those kids do. :barf:

Plans for the car right off the bat is nothing other than nitrous,clutch,new brakes,shocks/springs and the wheels/tires. 12bolt money is going to fund what it was going to originally a crotchrocket. Since I bought cedes I bike, I cant just have her riding a motorcycle and me not riding one with her! I sure aint sitting on the back of her bike!

fyi i payed 22700 for mine, or right at 23k with 31k on the clock. Alot of people post where and when they are for sale over at www.collectorfbody.com

yeah just make sure you either put it up in the air and look at it or just have someone check it out for you and call up gm and have them run the vin. to make sure its a collector edition
