Default Joe Overton cams???

anybody know anything on these cams.....b/c i may purchase one but i was wondering if there is a website or something where i can get some info on them from....i apppreciate any helpl on this

Good luck, there about as tight lipped as tight lipped can be about them. PM him and you may be able to find out more about them. In general they make great power though.

yep i couldnt get any specs out of them so i went with a TREX.... sorry i would like to know what im putting in.

Yep, if I can't talk to my cam grinder about his/her specs then I don't want anything to do with it. Good luck, the Rex is nasty.

i have been running the Rex for a while now (power numbers in sig). im getting rid of the T56 and next week ill have the TH400 installed if everything goes right. so we'll see how it reacts with a 3800 stall....

FWIW Joe O cut a grind for a local racer. He was trapping 117 before and after Joe O worked some magic with his heads (had to rework them) and cut a custom grind he was trapping 122+.

This is at 8000 ft DA air.

I personally don't have a problem with them not releasing specs as long as they tell me how to install it (LSA). What matters is if the package performs, see above example.

the dude selling it to me says it is a 242/246 578/578 .109+4 lsa and should put me over 400hp....he also has a timing chain and pushrods for it and wants to sell it for 400 bucks

You should ask him what he got out of the cam. Before and after results, track times would be best.

Also, what was the rest of the setup? I'm assuming its a combination specific cam, something you should find out.
