Default A4 to M6 conversion for LS1 F-bod...

I'm sure this topic has been beaten to death, but I searched and didn't come up with anything helpful, so anyways here is my question. I'm thinking of doing an M6 conversion to my '02 WS6. I know it would be easier and cheaper to find someone willing to make a swap of their M6 for my A4, but if I can't find anyone willing, what would I need, how hard of a conversion is it, and how much would it cost labor included? Also, is there any drawbacks in doing an M6 conversion? Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.

If you look directly in the top of this forum, you will see a sticky on the topic, should be all the info you need. Surprised a search didn't come up with it...
