Default New Clutch\Throwout Bearing

Knowing full well that my 307 ci sbc is not an ls1... I need to post a question about my truck. You guys know more about Chevy\cars in general than my father or uncle, who, no matter how stubborn they are in their beliefs are usually only about 60% dead on when it comes to car work. I have my new beloved 307\305\wedon'tknowwhatthehellitis out on my gangbox, which is not an engine stand. I figure since I'm swapping trannies, I should replace my clutch. I don't know where to begin as far as what clutch to get, so I need to ask you guys. Also, Poik told me I have to replace the throwout bearing as well, so any help on that would be good also. Obviously not looking for a high perf clutch, but I need one that will hold a good load (say, towing a boat, hauling gravel, towing a boat while hauling gravel) that will not smell like burning clutch at 60 mph (our last one did...)

Also, I'll post pics of the underside of my old engine when I get the chance... lol it's not pretty
