Default Still burning oil after entire engine rebuild

I'm about ready to push it off a cliff. Shortblock rebuilt locally, honed, new rings and bearings you name it. Heads were worked over, valves reground, the works. (stock 241 heads). Did the LS6 valley cover and running a AMW catch can. I'm at the end of my rope. The only thing I didn't do was have the injectors rebuilt, so it's either some crack in the block somewhere or gas washing the rings down? I have no idea and would love ideas. The motor has all of 60 miles on it so maybe the rings are still breaking in, but it burns oil the exact same ways as before, let off at higher rpms and get back on the gas and blue smoke pours out.

if you just had it honed this could be another reason. the cylenders could be worn out. did they install new valve stem seals? check compression then check again with a squirt of oil in the cylinders. if their is a big difference, then cylinders are worn or new rings are not lined up well. good luck

Not sure I have heard of people doing that for a prank... What do the exhaust tips look like?
