College Station Observations from Rita Well, i kinda find it funny that a community thats a hour north of houston to be getting carried away from this storm. But its happening, I was at the store last night getting some everyday supplies; Milk, Yougurt, Kiwi's. And i was gonna get some ozarka water for the weeks. But i went down that Aisle and the Whole Water Aisle was stripped bare. The only thing left was propel fitness water. Which sucks IMHO. As i moved around the store, i found where the water was being held, and it was 3 palette fulls of Aquafina, that were about empty. passing by people in the store people had cases and cases of water. At check out it was even more crazy, people were buying everything in bulk. Some guy had ~50 or so cups of yogurt. and 8 cases of water. The check out lady was telling me its been crazy, and its finally started to slow down.
Today Robert Gates(president of Texas A&M) is going to announce the plans for the Texas State/A&M game this weekend, as well as the outlook for all classes.
I was gonna stick it out, if it was going to be a Cat 1 or 2. But with it jumping to a Cat4 overnight, and speculating to be a Cat5 by friday, im gonna go up to FW.

Man i just got out of class and our prof told us that HEB Sams and WalMart are out of gas till tom. and the campus is shut down till monday for sure.Still wondering if I should head out or not.........

saturday is my b-day damn it.
My whole family is ditching houston and comming up here so I cant have a wild party anymore wtih strippers and what not. Guess ill just be throwing a halloween party.

well, it's a cat 5 now. if it stays course CS should see something like a cat 1 or cat 2.
i'm headed up there tonight with my g/fs family. i'll probably let them be and hang out with some car friends for a while. if anybody is bored before the storm gimme a shout if the cell phones work. 281-658-8781

Gonna hide the car in a garage. Im on a second floor.
Went out and got a cooler, dunno what for, seemed like a smart thing to do.
