Default Fuses keep blowing

My cousen has an older chevy sedan I know it's not an ls1 but maybe someone can help. She has an aftermarket system in it and the fuse that powers it keeps blowing. Would it have somthing to do with the fact that the new system is drawing too much power? I cant really think of too many things that could be causing it. I mean it's not that advance of a electrical system. and only the one fuse is blowing out. any help would be appreshiated.

Or if your like my stupid brother you could check the cigarette lighter for pennies, that will do it every time!
