Default AFR heads and Cheatr cam ordered!!!

I am jumpin up and down right now. I just ordered my AFR heads and Cheatr cam from thunder racing. I also ordered the comp cams pushrods. Joy to the world, my car will run.

Sounds great! What kind of exhaust are you going to run? Manifolds? Headers? Let us know if you're going for stealth or what your approach is. You're going to fly!

I just ordered the Cheatr and some patriot stage II's. I couldnt afford the AFR's. If your keeping the stock exhaust manifolds we'll have to compare #'s to see what kind of a difference there is between the two heads. Also are you keeping the stock lifters? I'm trying to decide what to do about lifters.

It will be good to see what that cam does with other heads than AFRs.
About lifters I would use 850-16 Comps. A proven lifter for that range of cams.

Thanks PREDATOR-Z for your input. I was leaning towords those lifters already. Especially after reading all the comp "R" horror stories lately.
