Default i want a f13 now

i have 63k miles on the car
3800vig converter,qtp longtubes-magnafow catback
UD pully,373 gear

i want a f13 cam,, now what exactly should i get for this cam i plan on no head work for another 2 years?????

I would get hardened pushrods and stronger valve springs. I don't know if you have to have them but I think they would be a good idea.

you HAVE to have pushrods and a spring kit.
When you order it from FMS, they will tell you what you need.
Get their cam install kit too.
It includes gaskets, crank bolt, etc..

just call futral... theyll help you out... im puttin in my f-14 this week... just get the whole cam kit... i tihnk youll be satisfied

Just order the Dual Spring kit from FMS when you order the cam. My F13 went in at 77K miles, no problems at all, she runs like a bat outta hell

Looking at your sig i'd say your having traction problems with that trap speed!

Yep, ran her yesterday at the track, 1st time running with the cam & headers, on street tires
Traction was a problem alright, very hot weather (90s), track was slick + street tires, but she loves the top-end. I was running the 1/8 at about 8.4-8.5 @ 86-88mph, 12.7-12.8 1/4 and trapping 118-120mph.

would i need valve seals or anything and if i do that doesent mean the heads have to come off?
