Default A4 to M6:Master Cylinder not lining up? Wont reach the Pedal??

Well I drilled the holes after mocking it up for the bracket that goes in front of it. I have a new master cylinder that the rod will not reach the clutch pedal when it is fully disengaged. Do you guys have any idea? I drilled another set of holes to see if that might matter and it didnt, I even tried pulling the rod out more.

I'm not sure the rod will reach the pedal when it's fully disengaged. If you push the clutch pedal down and attach the rod, is it close to the same height as the brake pedal? Mine is a little higher than the brake pedal but I know there was no way my master cylinder rod would reach the clutch pedal when fully disengaged..
