Pontiac Firebird 1967-2002 - Cost of License Plate Cover?

Does anyone know what the cost is for replacing the license plate cover (http://www.2theschultzs.com/Jarod%20Pictures/WS6/plate.jpg). When you buy one does it come already painted?

You can sometimes find used ones on eBay, or the for sale forums.
