We headed to Atco yesterday for some test and tuning. Weather was great and it was time to bump up the boost another pound. :D
I ran an 8.81 and 8.74 before the last run of the night:
60' - 1.292 first time the car 60' in 1.2s
330 - 3.607
1/8 - 5.529 @ 127.58
990 - 7.159
1/4 - 8.636 @ 157.08
This was an incredibly cool run. I felt like the car actually carried the front a little longer. Video will be up later. Thanks to Brent the Boost Devil!! :lol:
I really appreciate Julio coming down tonight to "do the voodoo that he do." Huge props to Cartek and Neverlift. Car ran very well tonight.
If you want to go fast - Cartek. If you want to go straight - Neverlift :lol: Excellent job by both shops. I don't know what to expect from this car any more. We still have about 2 more pounds of boost. :eek: My goal is to hit 8.5s. After today's runs I really think she has it in her. Anything beyond 8.5 is going to require another trip to Neverlift :D Stock displacement and LS6 heads. Can you believe it?
