Default Are the cylinder sleeves ok on 98s?

I'm looking at a 98 TA and I remember reading this,
"1998 only LS1 blocks had a much smaller cylinder sleeve that only tolerated a .005" hone"

I plan on a h/c/i/e and maybe boost later on. This car also has 78k miles, and I plan on rebuilding (if it needs it) it this winter and maybe boaring it a little. If I switch the heads on it anyways, this cylinder sleeve wouldn't matter would it?

GM recommends no more than a .004 hone on 97 and 98 ls1's but a .010 on later blocks. the sleeve is .100 thick so don't get too wild with the boring. and replacing the sleeves is pretty pricey but can be done, not recommended on daily drivers though, mostly drag cars.
