I think I got mine from Thunder Racing when I bought my header studs.

A small tube of it came with my head studs. However, I went to my local auto parts store and ordered more of it.

Anyplace that sells the fasteners probably sells the lube. Mine came from Thunder as well. I thought the kits usually came with a small tube, but that seems to have gone away. A lot of folks have been reporting that their fasteners didn't have any.

you can order it from summit I got that and some of the teflon thread sealer and also the edelbrock gasgacinch stuff with all the crap to build the motor.

something else I don't know if it is true (gotta look into it) they say the molylube is slicker than oil and the tourque values need to be lower

ARP sets their torque values and conducts their in house testing for fastener pre-load based on their lube. Other lubes (such as oil) may result in the requirement that a new torque value be used to obtain the same fastener pre-load. It is the pre-load you are trying to achieve in a reliable manner, not a torque value.
