Default is there a how to on changing valvesprings with heads in car?

I broke one of the valvesprings on pass side and I have an extra set but I've never done a valve spring swap. I'm afraid the valves will fall or something. I searched a few times but couldnt find a write up on this. also what are the best tools I need to buy for this project?

thanks.

You will need a spring compressor tool $40, And a way to keep the valves from falling. TDC or compressed air. Check out the how to. You may want to do other stuff while your in there

Ls1howto.com, also purchase the more tool, it will make this swap so much easier, the tool is expensive but well worth it. You can use the TDC method or the compressed air method. Thunder Racing.com, and TByrne Motorsports.com both sell this nifty little tool.
