Spec Stage 3 Clutch only last 1 year!

Spec Stage 3 Clutch only last 1 year! I've had the Spec Stage 3 clutch in my car for 14 months and its already starting to slip. 
I noticed it about 2 weeks ago when it started to slip in 4th while on nitrous, however the past few days it is starting to slip just on motor!
How long has other people's spec's lasted?
In those 14 months the car went maybe 12 passes at the track.
Anyone suggest another brand that last longer? Ram?

i have a spec 3 and a spec billet steel flywheel. I have had nothing but problems from it and from the shop that put it in for me...now my rear end blew. it's gonna be an expensive month! the clutch and flywheel have only been in my car for about 2 months...i've had a horrible vibration and nothing but problems with my car since it came back from trans shop
