Multimedia Exchange - Burnout mark pics

I tried a search but couldn't find much. I'm lookin for pictures of some fat black marks painted up the street. Anyone have any good pics I can use as a background?

in case your curious that completely destroyed a set of kuhmo 712s with less than 1000 miles on them. i hated them and got really drunk and wanted to let them know how much i hated them

it was sick. i probably sat there for like 2 minutes (doesnt sound like a long time but next time count when you do a burnout and youll see how long two minutes is). hit the line lock, started in first, ended up in third with the speedo right around 80 mph and held it there. people were coming outta there houses and stuff eventhough there was so much smoke you couldnt see the car. you can see on the pullout marks where tread portions actually separated from the tires. the divit in the asphalt is about 2" deep

those who have some wide tires post up the sizes with the pics. i always wanted to make some fat rubber lines with my 315 nittos but they are too expensive for me to waste them

um i have made some mean lines on street tires, do you not know how to burn out? i mean im talking black lines with sutt shivering in a pile

You have to try playing catch with the rear end of the car. We had my friend hit the line locks in his Z one day. While burning out, me and another friend pushed the rear end in a complete circle, making one of the most interesting marks ever.

Tried to down with old Harvey the RV no such luck...

Testing out my line lock. It worked so after a little smoke, I flipped the switch to release the brakes, banged second and laid some stripes down. I can't believe I did it on my barely used Nittos. Oh well, I'll buy more. :)

actually this is why you never do a burnout in pits/on course at a road course. thats just soft asphalt, you doing a burnout with even remotely sticky tires simply pulls the asphalt apart leaving holes. dont do that at the track or on a roadcourse, you get in trouble :secret:

i though i had a pic, but the hill you see in the background is where i started this rolling burnout. this event was in march IIRC, my burnout marks from that day are still there.
