Question on JW Ultrabell

Question on JW Ultrabell I just got my Th400 in and im confused about how an Ultrabell installs. It looks to be attached around the front pump? Well the case of my th400 is all one piece and the bellhousing is not removeable? Do you cut off this housing or what?
